As a writer and ISTC’s Communications Coordinator, Jozie is invested in the construction and maintenance of connections with the organization’s stakeholders via written and verbal communication. Her process is driven by a love of linguistic intricacies, curiosity in the face of challenges, and a commitment to telling the stories of others.

Jozie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in 2023. Before her current position she wrote for local news sources in Columbia, MO including Vox Magazine, and daily newspaper Columbia Missourian (K-12 Education).
