Bob Greenlee, J.D.

Senior Advisor, Tusk Strategies and Tusk Ventures

Bob Greenlee provides strategic advisory, legal, public advocacy, and project management experience to his role as Senior Advisor to the Illinois Science & Technology Coalition. Bob is responsible for the management of the ISTC’s energy efficiency demonstration projects. Bob also provides advisory and legal support to Energy Foundry, the impact venture capital fund devoted to the Smart Grid sector that ISTC helped to found. Bob has also recently been engaged in developing and implementing the State’s premier Research & Development STEM Learning Exchange.

Prior to working at ISTC, Bob worked as an attorney in private practice at the Quinlan Law Firm LLC and at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Bob also worked at the State of Illinois serving as Deputy Governor, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Office of the Governor, and Deputy Director of the Illinois Office of Management and Budget. Bob holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.A. and J.D. from the University of Chicago.
