Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Kaday graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Health & Societies and a Master’s in Public Health. Prior to ISTC, she was at the Gerson Lehrman Group managing healthcare market research engagements, and spent time at Penn’s Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, where she spent time distilling empirical research into actionable, policy-oriented insights, and facilitating strategic initiatives like conferences and seminars.
With experience across the academic, non-profit, industry, and policy spheres, she brings a unique perspective and passion for using data-informed storytelling to spark new ideas and facilitate and maintain lasting collaborations with real-world impact.
In her free time, she enjoys dancing, baking, and is an avid Real Housewives & Survivor viewer.
