Colleen Falconer
Program Manager, STEM Challenge
Colleen comes to ISTC with a background in volunteer management, youth development, and community-based change. She’s led students ages 5-16 in project-based learning, social-emotional regulation, and leadership development, designing curricula in most of her roles. Most recently, they worked in The Chicago School’s Office of Community Partnerships, leading an internal mentoring program and connecting students with volunteering opportunities at organizations across Chicago (including ISTC!).Â
Rooted in people and process, Colleen loves to facilitate relationships that spark learning and yield tangible results. They hold an MA from Clark University in Community Development and Planning with a focus in youth and education. When she’s not working, you can find her performing with her band, making prints, or jumping in the lake.
