Lisa is a product leader with two decades of experience focused on enterprise B2B, from startups to the largest software companies in the world.

Lisa joined Uptake in 2017 as Director of Product where she manages several product groups creating SaaS and mobile products for the industries Uptake serves. Uptake is an industrial AI and IoT software provider for the likes of the U.S. Army and Berkshire Hathaway Energy. With over 100 customers spanning six continents and 10 industries, Uptake helps industrial companies turn data into outcomes. Prior to Uptake, Lisa held product management leadership roles at IBM where she focused on creating software that democratized and transformed business process management for Fortune 500 customers. In 2012, she joined a newly formed leadership team within the company focused on shifting to a design-thinking and agile product development operating model. Prior to IBM, Lisa led product teams across several startups and publicly traded mid-size companies, building software platforms, frameworks and high-performing teams across a range of industries.

Lisa hails from Canada, grew up in Finland and has lived in Chicago since 2013 where she plans to stay.
