The Polsky Incubator provides guidance, mentorship, and support to early-stage startups, helping them achieve critical milestones and grow into sustainable businesses. Current participants include recent UChicago graduates, entrepreneurs from across South Side, faculty, and staff.

Campus 1871 is a weekend-long (March 31 – April 2) collaborative cross-campus initiative between 1871, Northwestern University, The Illinois Institute of Technology, The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, The University of Illinois at Chicago, The University of Illinois Springfield, DeVry University, DePaul University, Loyola University Chicago, and The University of Chicago that welcomes approximately 100 students for an immersive startup extravaganza.
